Unwanted or unsuitable goods can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Goods must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU), perishable goods including food items or customised/personalised goods made according to custom specifications may not be returned. We are unable to exchange/refund some items such as earrings, bath products and pillows due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Please ensure you include your original invoice with your name, address and order number on it so that we can correctly process it upon return. We recommend you use a reliable courier service to return your goods to us.

Alternatively, you can return your item/s to one of our four stores in The Marshes Shopping Centre, Dundalk, The Town Centre in Navan, Scotch Hall Shopping Centre in Drogheda and Monaghan Shopping Centre to be processed.
Cancelling an Order Before Despatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been despatched, you can contact our Customer Care team on firstname.lastname@example.org who will be happy to help.
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return your item, you can do so using the above procedure and then reorder your preferred item/s.
Faulty goods or incorrect orders may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and we shall arrange a refund or replacement. Prior to returning the item, please contact our Customer Care team on email@example.com to confirm the fault. Once you have confirmed this, we can send you a pre-paid postage label so that you can return the goods to us free of charge.
Your return will be processed in approximately 14 days. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
