Here at Giftme.ie we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service. We know that you don’t want to wait days for your order to arrive. That’s why we send every order within Ireland and Northern Ireland for next day delivery with An Post couriers.
This means that, all being well, if you place your order before 3pm you should receive your parcel the following working day after it has been despatched. Although we promise to despatch your order quickly, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations.
- You have a number of options available if you miss a delivery:
Collect your item by bringing your ‘sorry we missed you notice’ (also called a Docket In Box or DIB notice) and personal identification, such as a driver’s licence, to your local Delivery Service Unit
Nominate an agent to collect the item on your behalf. You (the addressee) must sign the ‘sorry we missed you’ notice and the agent must have this and their own identification in order to collect the item
Arrange redelivery of the item online to the same or an alternative address. Redeliveries take approximately two working days
If you believe that your item should have been delivered, but you have not received a DIB, then it is most likely that your item is still in transit. - All packages will be fully traceable here – https://track.anpost.ie/tracklist.aspx
- If your ordered product is not available we will contact you with an expected delivery date.
- Orders to the UK are delivered by An Post and Royal Mail and takes 2-4 working days.
- There are certain items that we are unable to post overseas and if this is the case with any part of your order we will contact you by email.
